Modern Love

 

Relationships are liquid, Bauman said, I say they are already gaseous.

Love and all forms of relationships.

We live in times of emptiness, loneliness, light relationships and quick touches.

We may even be lucky enough to be able to talk to someone human or touch someone but quickly disappear... Like ghosting is the dish that is served cold.

The immense connectivity only makes us live in a world that is increasingly lonely and lost.

Loneliness will be the greatest of our diseases. It could be what kills us.

Because no one is happy alone for long.

The human being is distant, dispersed and like a machine without feelings.

We are transformed into machines with a human air.

 

I love David Bowie, and he has always been present in my life but love requires the courage, the presence and the commitment that these times are not giving.
